Sourcing Fabrics

The African continent offers a wide variety of beautiful contemporary and traditional textiles, such as the handwoven Kita or Baoule fabrics, the famous wax printed Kitenge or handprinted Batik from West Africa.

The sourcing of high-quality fabrics that are eye-catching through their stunning patterns, original and vibrant colors combinations, or other
subtle textile elements, is very much at the heart of Na Inzo Designer's creative approach.

The drawing of cushions and bedding sets is the very first stage of Na Inzo textile creations' design process.  Either modern, graphic or floral, Na Inzo soft furnishing designs are imagined and suited to different environments and displays.

A handwoven Bouake cushion, with its extra size, will stand out on any wooden armchair, while the Ngong assorted cushions & throw will nicely complement the decoration of a nomad-style bedroom.

Our designs are eclectic, inspired by multiple elements, often from shapes in nature and African tribal symbology.

We work with talented tailors, giving life to cushions from sketches. Creating minimalist designs, or crafting a more sophisticated look by adding ornaments, for example - Akan goldweights or tassles, pipping or pompoms... We love to play with patterns, colors and textures to infuse different styles to our textile creations: chic, boho, modern or classic & so forth.

This last exciting stage of Na Inzo creative process involves a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a perfect finish to all of our creations.
